Keepsafe: Encrypt photos and videos on a mobile phone or Tablet PC

On July 18, Keepsafe, a start-up in Silicon Valley, has developed an encrypted album with the same name, Android and iOS, which currently has 13 million users, including 6 million active users per month. The company has received 3.4 million of dollars in investment from Floodgate, a well-known venture-capital agency.

Keepsafe's core function is to encrypt photos and video from a cell phone or tablet computer to protect them from other people's eyes. Keepsafe can be used to prevent children from playing mom and dad's mobile phone when they accidentally see their adult-level private photos, can also be used to distinguish between work and personal life photos.

Keepsafe allows users to encrypt or unlock existing photos and videos in mobile devices, as well as to allow users to directly save the photo messages they receive directly to Keepsafe, even allowing users to shoot and save encrypted photos and videos directly within the application.

In addition, Keepsafe also allows users to share photos with their friends via email, or "Burn After reading" Snapchat, the longest display of 20 seconds of "secure Send" (safesend) feature.

Keepsafe's Android and iOS apps all use "Free Value Added" mode, the basic application of free and some advanced features charge, and one of the charging function is a false pin lock screen interface, even if unlocked will not enter the real encrypted album, Instead, a harmless fake album will go into the user's preset--a slightly "exotic" feature that may be designed for those with "unlock obsessive-compulsive disorder" embarrass, but it's always good to encrypt an album with more than one insurance.
