Kingdee: China management cloud helps enterprises to move towards cloud era

In recent years, with the maturity of virtualization technology and the development of SOA technology, the application trend of cloud computing is becoming more and more obvious, especially in daily application, Microsoft's SkyDrive and Hotmail, Apple's icloud, Google's Gmail all serve our life, we can say that cloud computing is around us. Compared with the daily application, enterprise application development still faces many problems.

People "cloud" also "cloud"

What is cloud computing? Different types of companies have different interpretations of cloud computing, whether it's a large data center or mass storage, or virtualization and SaaS, and people "cloud". However, these readings are not comprehensive and ignore the real understanding of cloud computing. In this regard, Dr Zhangliangjie gave his own definition, he thought cloud computing is a new type of service interaction mode, and is only one of the interactive mode, the previous B/S or C/s architecture has provided such an interactive mode. However, cloud computing is a service interaction platform with better scalability and rapid response.

Dr. Zhangliangjie said that cloud computing is still in the concept of lightweight implementation, heavy representation and light substance, the foundation and light the application stage, how to let the development of cloud computing to implement, is the focus of the current stage of cloud computing, cloud computing will become the next 3-5 years of development focus of Kingdee. Turning to the classification of shared clouds and private clouds, Dr Zhangliangjie said he did not approve of the idea that some experts would abandon shared clouds and private cloud classifications, and that there was some justification for cloud computing as a shared cloud and private cloud, avoiding many unnecessary disputes. In a private cloud environment, enterprise resources can be safely and effectively shared, and in a shared cloud environment, the data is not guaranteed to be safe. It is unrealistic to dismiss the division of shared and private clouds at this stage.

Cloud computing faces six big challenges

At present, the demand for cloud computing is increasingly strong, both users and governments require cloud computing to hit the ground as soon as possible. However, in the process of promoting cloud computing throughout the society, not having a solution to solve all the problems, cloud computing still faces the following six major challenges:

1, security: From the bottom of the hardware facilities network environment to the application server and its software, until the application of intelligent terminals, there will be security problems. Without the trust of users is a major obstacle to cloud computing development, so how to build a secure and credible cloud, become the biggest challenge for service providers. At present, Kingdee is combining with Tsinghua University to study cloud computing environment disaster preparedness technology to solve this problem.

2, Usability: The usability analysis of cloud applications is based on the user's needs, but the unstable factors threaten cloud availability all the time, and the world's most famous cloud computing applications have downtime, such as Amazon, Microsoft Windows Azure and Google's Gmail, which is a wake-up call to domestic cloud service providers.

3, low energy efficiency: Although many cities are in the establishment of the Super Center, but how to use the center to solve the data center power consumption and personnel of the two biggest cost problems, to build low-carbon environmental protection cloud has become the focus of increasing attention. 4, scalability: How to meet the demand for access during peak time dynamic configuration system resources, to create intelligent elastic cloud is also a cloud computing service providers face a major problem. Wisdom refers to the ability of the cloud services to monitor, manage and make decisions flexibly, and dynamically allocate resources, including dynamic expansion and dynamic contraction.

5, Portability: How to migrate applications to the various cloud computing service provider platform to build portable cloud applications. This includes two levels of problems, including traditional applications migrating to cloud computing environments and cloud applications migrating in different cloud environments.

6, interoperability: The various cloud computing service provider applications in the module interoperability problems, the need to standardize the formulation to solve this problem. This includes both syntax interoperability and semantic interoperability, syntactic interoperability is the ability to exchange information, and semantic interoperability is the ability to use information.
