Jinshan Software issued a notice that its non-wholly-owned subsidiaries Shell Internet has been with Tencent subsidiary Palm Star signed the purchase agreement, to 30 million yuan in cash to buy Palm star's magic Show technology 22.2379% of the shares. After the deal is completed, Shell will hold about 50.5% of the magic Show technology, become a controlling shareholder, and the palm of the star all exit.
This transaction is Jinshan software on magic Show technology, the second investment, before in February, Jinshan had 20 million yuan in cash, and the value of 5 million yuan to promote investment in the magic show.
