Fortune (Chinese version) Q: What habits do you develop or quit for millet?

A: I don't think I've changed anything. The creation of millet when I was 40 years old, life has been formed, broken, how to do it (laughter). I was just homeopathy, not too deliberately. I said to myself: do what you can do, do not reluctantly. The skills required for entrepreneurship have been accumulated before the age of 40. Enjoy your work now and turn your work into interest. I see a lot of people around to work for work, very painful. I hope everyone can do their favorite work, to play the most dynamic, the results will be very different.

Q: Are you a person who pursues the ultimate in personal hobbies?

A: Now my focus is to do the millet well. Play in the aspect of restraint, or all day to play will not work. No matter what, it takes a lot of time and effort to take it seriously. When I was in primary school, Weiqi took two years as the first one, and then found that the time occupied was too much to focus on learning. Skiing I still insist on, is a master level.

Q: Do you mind stardom?

A: I'm not going to be a star for marketing, to run, to increase public exposure. For enterprises, good products and services is kingly. Entrepreneurs consume too much energy out of the day. And in the expectation of the people, it is inevitable that many words have lost, will make the enterprise deviate course. In millet just entrepreneurial 1.5, we silently, do products, I miss that time. I am very grateful for the attention and recognition of millet now, but my personal energy is limited.

Q: How do you define your own leadership style?

Q: Who is the most influential person to you?

Q: If you return to your freshman, you will choose this trajectory of life?

A: When I was a freshman, I read jobs and decided to be a great person, and I started my "misery" life. Of course, I do not regret taking such a path. If I do it again, I will do it. Not so tangled, not so painful.

Q: What kind of advice do you have for the founders of the following?

A: to diligence, to work hard, to practice good basic skills. Basic skills determine whether you can see the wind direction, but also determines how far you could fly away.
