Since then, the technology community has begun to introduce a variety of titles. What is "Ruby on Rails rock star", "Software Ninja", "Data Wrangler" and so on. Technology companies allow employees to choose their own title, is tantamount to telling the outside world: We are not rigid enterprise, we are creative, work with us!

Researchers have experimented with a health-care company, allowing some employees to give themselves a title. The results found that, after obtaining the freedom to set a title for themselves, the employees ' sense of exhaustion and stress diminished, and their employees became happier and more masters.
