"According to the plan, our capital expenditure next year is about 3 trillion won (about 2.8 billion U.S. dollars) and there is no plan to build a new plant," a LG Monitor spokesman said. "LG monitors have cut their investment budget this year to a slightly more than 4 trillion won in July, with a reduction of about 1 trillion won," he said. (Xuan Chen)
