Libqrencode is a data-encoding library for QR barcode, which is written in C language. can be scanned by handheld terminals, such as CCD phone scan. The QR code can hold 7,000 digits or 4,000 characters.

Libqrencode 3.3.0 This version adds support for EPS, ANSI, and ASCII text output. Add Qrcode_apiversion () and qrcode_apiversionstring ().
