Supplemental Note: Perform Quotacheck directives, scan the partitions of the system, and generate Quota.user and Quota.group files in the file system root of each partition, setting the disk space limits for users and groups.

Parameters：
-a scan in the Fstab file, there are partitions to join the quota settings.
-d details the instruction execution process to facilitate error-making or understanding of the execution of the program.
-g when scanning disk space, calculate the number of directories and files occupied by each group identifier.
-R excludes the partition where the root directory resides.
-U calculates the number of directories and files occupied by each user ID when scanning disk space.
-V Displays the instruction execution process.
