Supplemental Note: The FMT instruction reads the content from the specified file, rearranged it according to the specified format, and outputs it to the standard output device. If the specified file name is "-", the FMT instruction reads the data from the standard input device.

Parameters：
-C or--crown-margin the first two columns of each paragraph.
-p< column Start string > or-prefix=< column start string > merge only the columns containing the specified string, usually in the annotation aspect of the program language.
-S or--split-only only the columns that have more words than the number of characters per column, but not the columns with less than the number of characters per column.
-T or--tagged-paragraph the first two columns of each column, but columns 1th and 2nd are indented in different formats.
-U or--uniform-spacing each character is separated by a space character, and each sentence is delimited by two space characters.
-w< the number of characters per column > or--width=< per column > or-< the number of characters per column > sets the maximum number of characters per column.
