Function Description: Shut down the FTP server at the specified time.

Supplemental Note: This directive provides the system Manager to shut down the FTP server at the time set, and can issue a warning message to the user before the shutdown. When the shutdown time is set to none, the server is immediately shut down. If the "+30" method is set to indicate that the server is closed after 30 minutes. By analogy, suppose that the format of "1130" means that the server will be closed at 11:30 Daily, with a time format of 24 hours. After the FTP server is shut down, a file named Shutmsg will be generated in the ETC directory, and the FTP server function can be restarted once it is deleted.

Parameters：
-d< minutes > Disconnect all FTP connection time.
-l< minutes > Stop accepting FTP login time.
