Supplemental Note: ARP (address denotes Kyoto) is the protocol used to resolve IP and network appliance hardware addresses. Arpwatch can listen to ARP packets in a regional network and record them, and report the changes that are heard by e-mail.

Parameters：
-d boot debug mode.
-f< record files > Set up files that store ARP records, preset to/var/arpwatch/arp.dat.
-i< interface > Specifies the interface that listens for ARP, and the preset interface is eth0.
-r< record files > read ARP records from a specified file instead of listening on the network.
