Function Description: Display UUCP record file.

Supplemental Note: Uulog can be used to display records in UUCP record files.

Parameters：
-D or--debuglog displays the wrong record.
The-f< host > or--follow< host > is similar to the-F parameter but displays only the records associated with the specified host.
-i< profile > or--config< profile > The configuration file for the specified program.
-< number of rows >,-n< lines > or--lines< number of rows > displays the number of rows specified from the last count.
-s< hosts > displays only records that are related to a specified file in a record file.
-S or--statslog displays statistics records.
-u< user > or--suer< user > only displays records in the record file that are related to the specified user.
-V or--version display version information.
-x< level > or--debug< level > Set the wrong level.
--help display Help.
