Syntax: APMD [-u v v w][-p < percent change >][-w < percent value]

Supplemental Note: APMD is responsible for BIOS Advanced Power Management (APM) related records, warning and management.

Parameters：
-p< percent Change > or--percentage< percent change > when the magnitude of the change in power exceeds the percentage change set, the preset value for recording event percentage changes is 5, and if the setting value is more than 100, turn off this feature.
-U or--UTC sets the BIOS clock to UTC so that the-u parameter is passed to the clock or Hwclock program when resuming from suspend mode.
-V or--verbose logs all APM events.
-V or--version display version information.
-w< percent value > or--warn< percent value > when the battery is not in the charging state, and the battery charge is below the set percentage value, the warning message is logged at the alert level of the Syslog (2). The percent value is preset to 10, and if set to 0, turn off this feature.
-W or--wall send warning messages to everyone.
