Litters to submit additional prospectus for extension to April 15

NetEase Science and technology news April 1, litters group again to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to submit a prospectus supplement document. Documents show that the listing period was postponed from March 31 to April 15.

Ads and common stock were never publicly traded before the release. The litters group expects the initial public offering of ads to be priced at 9-11 U.S. dollars, applying for listing on the Nasdaq Global market, with the stock code "WOWO". If the application is approved, litters ads is expected to trade on the NASDAQ Global market within 5th of the initial launch of ads. The issue price will be determined by the litters group and the Axiom Capital Management (underwriter), but will be determined before the underwriters start issuing.

2 potential investors have said they are willing to buy up to 2 million ads, accounting for 33.3% of the total. The Litters group agrees that if the investor is recommended by an underwriter, the 6.5% gross proceeds of the issue will be paid to the underwriters in the form of underwriting fees, and if the investor is the company's own recommendation, the underwriting fee is 3.5% of the gross proceeds of the issue. The litters group expects investors to buy up to $22.5 million in ads, and underwriters recommend that investors buy more than $60 million of ads.
