In the field of intelligent transportation, domestic telecom operators and SAIC, FAW, Changan, Chery, BYD, Geely and other strategic cooperation has been signed, and other domestic and foreign auto companies are also in cooperation to negotiate. However, the new business requirements emerging in the field of intelligent transportation, such as to solve the problem of avoidance, vehicle lane control, safety-assisted driving and so on, generally require network transmission delay below 50 milliseconds, some applications require 10 milliseconds, or even 3 milliseconds, traditional network technology can not overcome network latency problem. It is understood that Google, Microsoft, at&t, IBM and other global mainstream operators and equipment manufacturers in the future network, the United States and Japan, the European Union and other countries in recent years has launched a series of national future network test facilities projects. Based on the SCN (Service customization Network) architecture, China's first future network test net has now covered 26 cities nationwide, realizing the interconnection of the relevant test networks in the United States and the European Union. The 80 teams in China also carried out experimental verification for this framework.
