Designer luxury brand Tom Ford's first E-commerce website, tomford.com, was formally launched yesterday.
Without having to visit physical stores, customers can browse and buy Tom Ford men, Women's handbags, shoes, small leather goods, eyewear, jewellery and the Tom Ford Beauty series of cosmetics and perfumes. Garments and other product categories will be one by one shelves in the future. The website provides the limited product that the customer of the line is exclusive.
Designer Tom Ford said: "I have been patiently waiting to set foot in E-commerce, know that I think the brand under the line of the foundation has been a sound development." Since its inception in 2005, Tom Ford has grown into a retail sales of nearly 1 billion brands, online sales will become our future growth of an important new path. We now have 98 retail outlets, and the online store is a continuation of them. ”
Tomford.com offers free shipping and return services, the New York area can be delivered on the same day in Manhattan, and later will launch a click to pick up (click-and-collect) function. The site is currently available in English only and only for U.S. customers, but plans to expand to other international markets and translate it into different international languages. To meet the trend of mobile shopping, the website has been optimized for mobile terminal browsing.
To tie in with the tomford.com, the brand will include a wide range of major social media in the world, including Sina Weibo.
