Mainstream PAAs provider Heroku launches database as service Heroku Postgres

We are convinced of the value of open source databases and believe that their role in the context of database services is even more critical. We are committed to running the out-of-the-box, PostgreSQL, and not modifying it. Any standard LIBPQ client can operate perfectly on our services. When do you decide to go back and do your own DBA, we won't do any technical locking.

Heroku Postgres has 6 pricing schemes, the cheapest of which is 200 USD/month, cache size is 1.7GB, the most expensive 6400 USD/month, cache size is 68GB.
