China's manufacturing Purchasing Managers ' Index (PMI) was 56.6% in December 2009, up 1.4% from last month, the China Logistics and Purchasing Association of Beijing Electric has released a few days ago. So far, the index has lasted 10 months at a critical point of more than 50%, indicating that China's economic rebound has been basically solid, and a further increase in the trend. China's manufacturing PMI index showed a general upward trend in December 2009. In terms of the index, the index of new export orders fell by 1%, the stock index of raw materials was flat and the rest of the indices rose to varying degrees, compared with November. From the index level, the production index, the New Order index, the purchase volume index and the purchase price index are higher, all reached more than 60%. Zhang, a researcher at the Development Research Center of the State Council, said: "The December PMI index continued to remain above 50%, indicating a further consolidation of China's stable economic recovery." The December PMI index was higher than last month, possibly in the form of seasonal fluctuations. The fall in the new export order index needs attention, indicating that the changes in the international market should not be premature optimism. The rising price index shows the increase of the production cost of the enterprise, under the background of better market and higher cost, the environment of enterprise development is changing, so we should focus on improving the core competitiveness and increasing the ability to bear the cost. ”
