Manumission is a command-line tool for creating htmlhttp://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/17184.html "> Help files. You can use Microsoft's hh.exe Viewer or Xchm to view the HTML Help files that you create without requiring additional configuration, which is done by default options.

Manumission version 0.3 adds the Help file index to compile the sample Help file correctly on x86.
