In a keynote speech at the F8 Developer conference, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg officially announced the Messenger business Service, which provides a bridge between business and ordinary users, and as part of Messenger platform, Facebook has also pledged to open APIs to third parties.

Companies can integrate Messenger to provide customers with information such as receiving and shipping tracking. Facebook users can also use Messenger software to achieve one-stop shopping and chat with businesses in real time.

In addition, since Facebook has already authenticated the identity of the user, the purchase process will be fairly straightforward.

It is not clear whether Messenger business will be integrated into the mobile payment function.
