More than half of Chinese online shoppers prefer to use mobile internet rather than personal computers, according to a survey by MasterCard, the second largest payment network in the United States.
The annual Electricity Dealer Survey, launched between November 2013 and December, collected 7,010 interviews from 14 regions in the Asia-Pacific region. The report shows that about two-thirds of Asian shoppers choose to shop online, and even more so, almost all Chinese respondents have successfully completed a net purchase at least in the past three months. 59.4% of the population chose to use a mobile phone network to buy.
Why so many consumers like mobile internet shopping, the survey report data may explain the problem. The report shows that 46.8% of China's consumers choose to shop on the mobile because of the convenience of online shopping. 41.3% in favor of mobile phone shopping can not be limited by people on the road, and like this online shopping, 40.8% said that the growing network of clients make the mobile phone online to buy more simple.
