BEIJING, June 10, the National Bureau of Statistics 10th released data show that May CPI year-on-year decline of 1.4%, of which residential prices fell 4.8% year-on-year. Data show that May housing prices fell 4.8% year-on-year.  Among them, water, electricity and fuel prices fell 3.6%, housing and decoration materials prices rose 0.1%, rental prices rose 1.3%. Among them, the city fell 1.5%, the rural area fell 1%; from the month-chain view, the total level of consumer prices fell by 0.3% from April, food prices fell by 0.6%, of which the price of fresh vegetables fell 7.1%, eggs price rose 2%.
