Medical image retrieval system based on cloud computing

In order to improve the efficiency of mass medical image retrieval, a medical image retrieval system based on cloud computing is proposed. Using Brushlet Transform and LBP algorithm to extract the frequency domain and spatial characteristics of medical sample images, using the distributed and parallel processing capability cloud computing, the task is assigned to each work node to complete medical image retrieval, and the performance of the system is tested by simulation experiment. The results show that compared with the B/s single node medical image retrieval system, the medical image retrieval system of cloud computing improves the speed and efficiency of image retrieval, especially the advantage of large-scale medical image retrieval.
