MIB smithy SDK 4.3 release SNMP agent development tools

The MIB Smithy SDK is a TCL (8.4+) Dynamic Extension tool that allows custom scripting to control SNMP agent development, SMI defines operations and transformations, and more. It is based on the core of the Muonics ' MIB Smithy, and the SDK supports SMIV1 and SMIV2, as well as hmac-sha-96 and hmac-md5-96 authentication and Cbc-des snmpv1/v2c/v3. It also provides the complete SMI/MIB module definition of read-write access to all element functions, the SDK allows multiple discrete SMI databases and SNMP sessions, and provides all the built-in validation and error recovery capabilities.

MIB smithy SDK version 4.3 adds several new features to SCOTTY/TNM compatibility with the API, improving the interoperability of SNMPV3 agents.
