The global plan to fight hunger was set up in 2013 to raise money and promote public awareness of global hunger. The activities of the partners are the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP). The funds raised by the event will be used for WFP's "Campus Nutrition Meal" program. The highlight of the event was the Series series, which started last April. With each sale of the watch, 100 children in poor areas will receive a nutritious meal. By July 2014, Michael Kors had helped WFP deliver more than 5 million servings of nutritious meals to children in hungry areas by selling the series watch.

The new watch is made of rose-gold stainless steel and is embedded in the world map pattern on the delicate and elegant grey-blue dial. The back is engraved with Michael Kors signature and WATCH HUNGER STOP (fighting Hunger), plus 1 WATCH = meals (1 watches = 100 meals) and 2¥q EDITION (limited edition). This watch will be available in medium and large two styles, specially designed packaging to highlight the "fight hunger" purpose. The watch is a limited edition, while sales of other Series series are continuing, and current sales have been able to provide up to 5 million charitable meals. Since October 2014, the new watch will be sold exclusively at the global Michael Kors store and the brand's official website michaelkors.com at a retail price of RMB 2950.
