Microsoft appoints new Windows Phone marketing and advertising vice President

Microsoft yesterday quietly announced the appointment of Tom-Groughler (thom&http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/37954.html ">nbsp; Gruhler) is the company's new VP of Windows Phone marketing and advertising.
Achim Berg, Azim's predecessor, resigned from the post last November, and began to serve as the head of the Microsoft Business Channel, responsible for the operators, network custodians, cable television and media to establish partnerships, so that consumers, small businesses and business users to create new business opportunities, provide new services and products.

The job now is to run Windows Phone's marketing, advertising and communications business. A Microsoft spokeswoman confirmed that Mr Myerson was directly responsible for Terry Myerson. Myerson previously led the mobile phone division's engineering business, and last December he started as vice president of Microsoft Windows Phone.

It was assigned to the office at a critical juncture in Microsoft's Windows Phone development. Microsoft and its partners, Nokia, were scheduled to launch the at&t version of Nokia Lumia 900 in the US on March 18, but the plan was somehow stranded.
