Microsoft employee Lee (a pseudonym) was dismissed by Microsoft in April 2006 and filed a lawsuit against the court. The city's high law ruled that Microsoft would continue to perform its employment agreement with Lee on March 24, 2003. Since then, because of Microsoft's labor relations with Lee during the period, did not pay Li a salary according to the employment agreement, so Lee applied for labor supervision. Chaoyang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau on June 17 this year to Microsoft made an administrative processing decision. The decision found that, from February 23, 2010 to April 30, 2011, Microsoft did not pay wages to Lee, this violation of the labor law, the relevant provisions of the illegal act.
