Microsoft offers Office 365 subscribers a proportional

Microsoft recently made a big move in office, first with tight integration with Dropbox, and then with free editing for mobile office. This is something that most users applauded, but someone complain: "You just subscribed to Office 365 and you're free ..."

Microsoft's response was swift, and 1 days later there was a compensation package for the users: a proportional refund. But the user must apply, and some details need to be noted.

First, the Office 365 home and Office 365 are purchased only March 27, 2014 (this time is exactly the ipad version of Office Day) Personal subscribers who activate the service before November 6, 2014 (that is, when mobile office announces a free day) can apply for compensation.

As noted yesterday, although the editing feature is free for mobile office, some advanced features remain open only to Office 365 subscribers. However, you can apply for a proportional refund if the User orders Office 365 services just to be able to edit Office documents on the mobile side.

Also, there is a problem with the refund procedure.

If a user orders Office 365 through an evaluation in an ipad version of Office, he or she must seek a refund through the itunes Store support. If you are ordering Office 365 services through Microsoft or a proxy, the user can cancel the service and then make a proportional refund according to the duration between the cancellation date and the service deadline, but the user may receive a refund for up to 6-8 weeks, and may also need to issue a purchase certificate.

While the formalities may seem cumbersome, it doesn't matter if users who have ordered Office 365 services want to save a little bit of damage. Note that the application must contact Microsoft's Customer service before January 31, 2015 and is expired.
