March 31 News, Microsoft released a new Project Spartan browser today. It is understood that participants in the Windows Insider project will be able to try this new browser.
Functionally, this new browser supports tagging Web pages. Users can compose or enter comments on a Web page and share them with others. Microsoft has borrowed from office collaboration and integrated this functionality into the Web browsing experience.
In addition, users of Project Spartan can also use the Cortana voice assistant. This feature will also appear on the Windows 10 desktop. Reading browsers help users save Web pages for later reading and provide a streamlined view that resembles the reading mode of Apple's Safari browser.
Currently, the Project Spartan browser is still in pre-release state. This means that the browser is not for everyone, and there may be many vulnerabilities in the code.
