In an effort to encourage partners to sell their cloud products, Microsoft pledged to provide 5.8 billion of billions of dollars in incentive funds to help train members of its network of partners to adapt to new products and services and to encourage them to sell them to consumers, the news said July 14 morning, Sina Science and technology.
