I am excited to share a message that it is about the new cloud features we announced today reinstates http://www.aliyun.com/zixun/aggregation/13357.html ">azure Media Service."
Windows Azure Media Service
Windows Azure Media service is a cloud based PaaS solution that enables you to build efficiently and deliver media solutions to your customers. It provides a host of alternative services that enable fast reception, encoding, format conversion, storage, content protection, and video streaming (live and on-demand). It also integrates and exposes services provided by industry-leading partners-enabling an incredibly deep media stack that you can leverage.
You can use Windows Azure Media service for any device or client (including HTML5, Silverlight, Flash, Windows 8, Ipad, Iphone, Android, Xbox, and Windows Phone device) provides solutions. Windows Azure Media Service supports a wide range of media streaming formats-including smooth streaming, HTTP online streaming (HLS), and flash media streaming.
One of the unique facets of Windows Azure Media service is that all of its functionality is made public by using a consistent HTTP REST API. This is true not only for the media services we have established, but also for the media services provided by our partners. This makes it incredibly easy to automate the consolidation of media workflows and integration services within your application and media solutions. Just like the rest of Windows Azure, you pay for the portion of the Windows Azure Media service you use-making it a more cost-effective way to deliver excellent solutions.
Windows Azure Media Service uses the same winning media backend, which is used to drive large live events in webcasts, including the 2010 Winter Olympics, the 2010 World Cup, the 2011 Wimbledon Championships and the NFL rugby sporting event. With Windows Azure Media service, you will now be able to quickly process and automate your own media cloud solutions and deliver outstanding solutions to small and midsize customers.
