According to the memorandum of cooperation, Microsoft will set up a branch office in Jinan, to promote the implementation of cooperation between the two sides, including local investment management, partner funds and technical support, and oriented to Jinan software services outsourcing enterprises to provide support; Microsoft will also work with the Jinan government to upgrade the "Shandong Microsoft Technology Center" to "National Development and Reform Commission　　--Microsoft Software Innovation Center Shandong Branch Center. In outsourcing, Microsoft will guide and support a group of IT enterprises and outsourcing companies stationed in Jinan, to increase outsourcing suppliers in Jinan branch of the number of packets.　　At present, Microsoft has set up Microsoft IT Institute at Jinan West University Science Park, and will accelerate the talent training in it and service outsourcing in the future. Microsoft will also take its cloud computing platform technology to Jinan and build the cloud computing capabilities of local companies.　　Microsoft will work with the Shandong Computing Center to set up a cloud computing platform for the Qilu Software Park, serve the enterprise in the park, and help Jinan the western New zone to plan the cloud computing platform. Intellectual property protection is also an important part of the cooperation between the two sides.　　Jinan will further promote the protection of property rights, create a good environment for the protection of property rights, deepen the sense of genuine software, guide and help enterprises to use genuine software products.　　Microsoft's collaboration with Jinan is part of Microsoft's "City Expansion" program.
