Create a VHD file, and then copy the local database file to the VHD by csupload the VHD file onto Windows Azure to add the uploaded VHD file to the virtual machine of SQL Server, and then restore the database to SQL Server

Open Disk Manager (diskette Management) to create a VHD

2. Assign a name named Sqlmigration.vhd to the VHD, allocating 25MB of space. Here we're just doing the demo so we don't have to create a big disk
