Millet Technology LEI appeal: improve entrepreneurial environment, starting from the difficult to register

In this respect, Lei put forward five points of advice.

First, the audit of industrial and commercial filing documents. Lei suggested that the industrial and commercial authorities do not carry out substantive audits of complex corporate filings, and that enterprises and lawyers are responsible for the legality or reasonableness of these documents. On the one hand, enterprises can have agreed freedom, so that lawyers have the space to play, at the same time can reduce the workload and responsibility of industrial and commercial organizations.

Second, the question of capital verification for premium replenishment. Lei recommends that the premium portion of the business registration be accepted for capital verification.

Third, regarding the approval of company names. Lei said that on-line nuclear names sometimes longer approval time, communication is not smooth. "Currently in Beijing to apply for the company's nuclear names are required to submit applications online, an application is often to explain online reply, each explanation and wait for a short response time of one or two days, a long more than 10 days, longer communication time." He suggested that the establishment of real-time communication with the auditor, such as telephone, instant messaging tools, etc., improve the efficiency of online audits.

Forth, on the issue of equity pledge. Lei suggests that the registration of collateral for a pledge that is not easy to confirm the value of the main claim does not impose a requirement to register the guarantee value.

Five, about the enterprise title Invoice purchase problem.
