The implementation of the minimum wage system can be based on economic and social development, employment status and price water equivalent factors, to adjust the minimum wage standard time and intensity. We will strengthen the construction of payment guarantee system for employees ' wages, and continue to improve the system of wage payment monitoring and salary guarantee.
