Minsheng Bank's "customized" small microfinance service model for Yili

May 8, 2012, Minsheng Bank and Inner Mongolia Yili Industrial group signed a strategic cooperation agreement, Minsheng Bank to take advantage of the recent issue of small micro financial debt, Yili group upstream suppliers and downstream distributors to provide 3 billion yuan credit, including the distributor credit limit of 2 billion yuan. Through its own CRM system, Yili Group provides first-hand customer information for Minsheng Bank, including more than 100 suppliers and over 540 distributors. After mastering the information flow, cash flow and logistics of both ends of the enterprise, Minsheng Bank can provide bulk loan services to its upstream dairy farmers and downstream distributors. Minsheng Bank's small microfinance services pioneered the "Headquarters Strategic Cooperation, Branch coordinated implementation" model. People's livelihood of the bank to complete the loan process, into a product service manual, and equipped with a solution package, the branch only need to cooperate with the local qualified Yili distributor to lend. It does not occupy the original credit line of the branch, the interest of the loan is also the branch, how can the branch be unwilling to lend? After the data calculation, the Distributor 2 billion yuan of the loan amount, will enable Yili group to increase the annual 8 billion yuan order, the average dealer can increase 5% net profit, namely 400 million yuan.
