The company yesterday announced a $237 million cash takeover of all stakes in its controlled terminal sales company. Zhong-Ding was founded in 2003 by the China Mobile launched, a number of domestic mobile phone companies to participate. China Mobile last year's revenue reached 485.2 billion yuan, an increase of 7.3%, net profit of 119.6 billion yuan, an increase of 3.9%.
