On the morning of January 20, China Mobile (00941.HK) released its user data for December last year, slowing the number of new users to 4.238 million in December 09 and creating a record low of more than 3 years. Data show that China Mobile December 09 new users compared to November 4.579 million to reduce the number of 341,000.　　China Mobile's 09 annual increase of 65.033 million users, a monthly increase of 5.4194 million, the total number of users increased to 522.283 million.
