In order to solve the problem of the traffic jam, the paper designs and realizes a mobile phone intelligent taxi call system based on cloud computing. The system is composed of cloud server and Android handset client, the server uses the Map-reduce parallel programming model of cloud computing environment to implement parallelization of K clustering algorithm, improve the quality and efficiency of push information; The client uses locationclient, Mapview and Mkofflinemap interface to achieve positioning services, layer display updates and Baidu offline map service function, through the Android smartphone platform to provide users with timely and accurate information services. Between the client and the server, the RPC service is used to push the information serialized by the Kyoto Buffer protocol. The experimental results show that, compared with the drop-by-taxi software, the search recommendation efficiency of the system is increased by about 20%, and the off-line map display and location flow rate are more than 90% and the fast response performance is better than the online method.
