Mochi Media and Shanda Games said the fund will help small flash game development Studios and independent game developers worldwide to produce world-class gaming and development business. Two companies announced the creation of the Fund at the second annual Flash Games summit of Mochi Media today, which focuses on nurturing the growth of the flash gaming community and promoting its success. The Mochi Game Developer Fund is the result of Mochi Media's joint effort with its parent company's Shanda game, which will be managed by members of the management team of Mochi Media and Shanda games. By participating in the Fund, developers will be able to access technology, design and testing resources and a range of development tools from Shanda games, and the games they develop will be available from Mochi media to nearly 40,000 sites worldwide.
