Mofcom decides to take temporary anti-dumping measures against EU carbon steel fasteners

December 23, 2009, the Ministry of Commerce issued the 115th 2009 Bulletin, published the Carbon Steel fastener anti-dumping Investigation decision, identified as imported carbon steel fasteners originating in the EU dumping, China's domestic carbon steel fastener industry suffered substantial damage, and dumping and substantial damage between the causal relationship between　　and decided to take the product of the form of temporary anti-dumping measures. In accordance with the preliminary decision, the importing operator shall, as from June 27, 2009, provide the Chinese customs with the appropriate margin for the dumping margin (16.8%-24.6%) of the companies determined by the initial award, as of the product at the time of entry. The product is classified in the "People's Republic of China Import and export tariff" tariff number: 73181200, 73181400, 73181500, 73182100 and 73182200.
