According to a new survey, three-fourths of IT managers in the UK think Cloud computing has little to do with themselves.
The survey, conducted by global risk consultancy, covers 100 IT managers across the UK, 74% of whom believe that cloud computing is unrelated to the business they are engaged in, while 8% of respondents are using cloud computing but only one or two of these services are involved. Protiviti

The main reason for the widespread deployment of cloud computing is security and data privacy concerns. The survey also found that in the next 3 years, only 10 companies plan to use cloud computing. 16% of companies are looking to develop private cloud services, while 10% of companies are considering using public cloud services.
