Most of Zynga CEO's annual salary is used for household safety and related expenses

According to reports, Zynga CEO Mark Ping Cass (Mark Pincus) received 1.7 million dollars in 2011, most of them in the form of family security systems and related expenses.

In a regulatory filing in Friday, Zynga said it spent 1.2 million dollars last year spending on securing a one-time purchase and installation of a security system for both the Cass and his family, which were counted as "other pay" for 1.4 million dollars.

Pincus, 46 years old, lives in San Francisco with his wife and two daughters. Zynga, which went public last December, offered a basic salary of $300,000 for the Cass. Pincus also received a $3750 bonus, with a combined 2010-year salary of $520,239.

The document also shows that the Cass currently holds 94.6 million shares of Zynga. According to the Friday closing price, this part of the stock value of 806 million U.S. dollars. Its share price has not been boosted by concerns that Zynga is unable to sustain rapid growth, and that Zynga's share price has been slipping recently, even as Zynga released its first-quarter results, which were Better-than-expected this week.
