I would also like to make a few specific remarks about China, as Mr Dominique-Kahn stresses that China differs from other Asian countries, that it is a huge country and that China has become the biggest exporter.　　But as demand in the US and Europe weakens, there is a need to seek growth again, from external demand to internal demand, to sustain China's rapid growth. Therefore, the first issue needs further improvement of the social safety net, and the Chinese government has begun to further improve the education system, improve the health care system and further improve the pension system in the 5-year plan. China has already made great strides in terms of education and health, The pension system may take a long time to make a big progress, but indeed, as I said, China has made up its mind to improve its network of safeguards, and in some ways it has achieved great progress. The government has enough fiscal space to build a more comprehensive social safety net that can be built in 5 years or 10.
