MSR Tools is an analysis tool for source code evolution. It includes a framework for Software library mining and tools for measuring calculators, visualization, and defect prediction. (More details: http://msr.sourceforge.net/)

* Scalable Visualization Tools
* Can query code history through SQL and internal DSL

The MSR Tools 0.3.2 version adds new commands and fixes some minor bugs.
