Moreover, once the modification is incorrect, the error data will quickly spread to other business systems through the shared database, which is difficult to control.
So people can take the cloud computing model, through business integration to implement information integration, reduce the coupling between the various systems, reducing the cost of later maintenance, while enhancing the collaboration between business systems, through the combination of business assembly, such as the departure system, registration system, etc. Even when new business requirements arise, you can quickly and flexibly assemble new systems without having to write a whole new set of system code.
Each business system will be developed from the stage of completing the internal business process of the department to the ability to provide external data services. They will be in the unified framework of the school-level data Service center, follow the data Interoperability specification protocol, compose the data Service cloud, have the data Service window, such as the government's Unified Certificate Center, and provide data service to other business systems. For example, the academic system can not only provide teaching management services for teachers and students, but also let the system according to data Interoperability specification Agreement, directly accept such as the evaluation of scholarships and need to query a certain level of all students test results of the data request service, can be sent by the scholarship system data request, through the data service The Data Service window of the academic system provides data, carry out automatic statistic analysis, and return the data query result according to the stipulated data message format, but the existing way because each business system does not provide the external data service, needs each class teacher to log in the educational administration system, downloads merges each class result, then carries on the artificial statistic analysis, Not only is the method backward but inefficient.
Application of cloud computing model in colleges and universities
The cloud computing model is divided into three levels: infrastructure as a service (infrastructure as a service), platform as services (Platform as a service), Software as services (Software as). At present, most colleges and universities have been able to provide the first two levels of service. With the popularization of cloud computing, most colleges and universities adopt such architecture to achieve the first two levels of service. In this context, if the transformation of each business system into a data cloud exchange platform can provide data services, it can easily complete the whole school information integration. At present, most colleges and universities have been built a number of applications, many colleges and universities have set up data sharing library, but with the business system data sharing and information exchange needs increasing, data integration exposes the following problems:
1. The operational system is limited to internal business processes and lacks the capacity to provide data services externally, and there is a lack of coordination between the systems. The different department business system cannot work together, between the school, the school and the superior Management Department also cannot transmit the data, can only take the file Exchange way, causes the information horizontal exchange and the longitudinal transmission difficulty present situation.
2. The Post maintenance volume is large, data integration is difficult. After integrated system coupling degree is high, it is difficult to adapt to the change, the subsystem changes after the maintenance cost is big, the procedure changes the error is easy to spread.
