The regulation of anti-price monopoly promulgated by the National Development and Reform Commission provides specific provisions on the forms and liabilities of price monopoly agreements, abuse of market dominance and abuse of administrative power. The main include: Prohibit the operators with competition relations to reach fixed or change the price of eight kinds of price monopoly agreement; Prohibit the operator and the counterparty to achieve a fixed commodity resale price and limit the minimum resale price agreement; a market-dominant operator shall not engage in unfair high sales, unfair and low price purchases, In the price of different treatment, additional unreasonable fees and other six types of price monopoly behavior. "Anti-price monopoly provisions" also stipulates that the administrative organs and laws and regulations authorized by the management of the public affairs of the Organization shall not abuse the executive power, forcing the operator to engage in price monopoly, or to exclude, limit the price of competition content provisions;　　The imposition of discriminatory fees or the provision of discriminatory prices.
