According to Cncert cases, China's web site has been attacked very frequently, mainly reflected in two aspects, one is the site was tampered with by the invasion of foreign countries, the second is the site was invaded and placed back door. China has also been hit by DDoS attacks from abroad.

The latest data show that February 24, 2013, China's Tibetan network mail system was implanted in the back door. February 22, 2013, the Chinese network of English-language Enterprise branch station was attacked from the United States address, the page was maliciously tampered with. January 28, 2013 People's Daily (603000) IP address from outside the DDoS attack, 18:30-20:20 between the obvious abnormal flow, peak flow of up to 100Mbps, about 12 times times the normal flow, of which UDP traffic accounted for 95%, about 88% from outside.

CNVD as China's National Vulnerability database, by a large number of attacks from outside, some attacks also try to infiltrate the Web server to obtain vulnerability information. From November 2012 to January 2013, the number of attacks on the CNVD Web site was the first in the United States, up to 5,792 times, from overseas countries and regions.

In fact, China has suffered far more than that from overseas cyber attacks. A large number of organizations, including State ministries, enterprises and institutions, have been invaded by foreign networks.

From September 2012 to February 2013, an important government department, a provincial Examination institute, a property insurance company Limited, a scientific research institute Wuhan Virus and other China's 85 important government departments, important information systems, research institutions and other units of the website was invaded and implanted in the Web site back door, Of these, 39 sites were invaded by addresses originating in the United States.
