Among the consumer protection factors, consumers most value the security of funds and personal information. However, the survey showed that nearly the consumers of electric business enterprises in the financial and personal information security work in positive attitude.
In this survey, only 51.83% of the respondents were satisfied with the trustworthiness of the existing E-commerce enterprises, while 31.23% of the consumers expressed dissatisfaction. The report points out that the lack of social credit system and the imperfect security system of trading activities seriously restrict the healthy development of E-commerce, which leads to the implementation of consumer rights and interests protection, and has become the main bottleneck of the development of E-commerce in China.
