NetQin appoints new audit agency to dismiss PwC

Beijing Time July 18 Evening News, the Network Qin (NYSE:NQ) announced today, has hired the United States Marcum Bernstein & Pinchuk Limited Liability accounting Firm (hereinafter referred to as "MBP") as its independent CPA institution.

At the same time, the Network Qin has been with PricewaterhouseCoopers Yong Road Zhongtian accounting firm (PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP) termination. The adjustment will take effect immediately, the Network Qin Audit committee has hired MBP as a new independent audit body, the latter would be responsible for the network of Qin 2013 and the follow-up phase of the annual report.

After the Network Qin June 4 issued an internal independent audit committee for the investigation of the muddy waters allegations, PwC, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the request, the need to implement additional procedures to broaden the scope of the 2013 audit work. In addition to employing MBP, NetQin also hired DLA Piper US LLP to provide advisory services to the Company's audit committee.
